POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for providing Front desk coverage

Acts as primary point of contact for site (or HR)
Manages and tracks Visitor and Contractor Badges/Proxy Cards**
Greets visitors/applicants tow building and transfer to correct department (i.e. Staffing).
Answers telephones for the site, handle messages, transfers.
Responsible for Supply ordering
Provides Replacement Badges / Proxy cards if assigned by HR Manager
Responsible for Tracking /Logging of incoming HR Related Data
Sends out reminders for upcoming performance review deadlines.
Coordinates and maintains all HR Files after receipt from Recruiting Dept.
Updates HR Bulletin Boards
Manages site shipments (i.e. DHL)
Provides Employment Verifications
Administers Exit Survey process
Creates and mails Job Abandonment letters.
Participates and witnesses in HR Investigations as requested.
Assists with Benefits Administration
Handles paychecks/pay stubs
Acts as Point of contact for HR Related questions.
Backs up for HR Manager and HR Generalist.


Requirements:

Experience and Education:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must possess clear and friendly speaking voice.
Basic knowledge of computers and software applications including spreadsheet (Excel), word processing (Word), and e-mail software applications.
Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Ability to carry out instructions in written or verbal form.


High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
One (1) year to three (3) years administrative/HR experience required.
