POSITION SUMMAR: The Human Resources Assistant provides technical, administrative, and front office reception assistance to Human Resources.Responsibilities of this position include: file maintenance, filing; preparing materials for orientation, annual update, or other educational forums. Provides back up to receptionist as need to greets customers, answers telephone and screens calls, takes messages, and provides information
JOB REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
3-5 years HR experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
