Our human capital Consultants assist clients in aligning people, processes, and technology with business objectives and corporate goals. Our professionals combine their change management expertise and project management capabilities with their functional experience in Human Resources, systems, supply chain, internal audit and accounting to help drive and manage change on the inside of business.
The Dallas office is looking for consultants with significant Human Resources and Change Management expertise to join our practice. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business.
Professional Qualifications:
10+ years business experience, including a minimum of 5 years experience project managing core change management activities, either on multiple projects or at least one full cycle implementation.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, etc.
Exceptional project management skills in scoping, designing and delivering change management projects.
Strong background in facilitation and in building and managing teams.
Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives for complex, global organizations. Exposure to ERP projects highly desirable.
Prior consulting experience desirable but not essential.
Strong grounding in at least one widely used change management methodology or framework and an ability to be flexible and adapt to new methodologies. Access to a wide range of change management tools and templates.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to discuss, champion and sell change management to a business audience and then plan and execute solutions that are of recognizable value to the business.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Executive presence with ability to build relationships and foster trust at all levels within an organization. Ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
