Amcor Rigid Plastics is currently seeking a Director, Talent Management & Development for their Ann Arbor, MI facility.
This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of Amcor Rigid Plastics talent management processes, development strategies, HR systems and the talent acquisition pipeline for the Americas. You will also develop policy, process and initiatives to meet talent management, career development, succession planning, leadership development and management development needs in line with talent/learning and development resources and strategies.
