HR Transaction Representative
Essilor of America, Inc. (Essilor), is the leading manufacturer and wholesaler of prescription lenses in the United States.
We currently have an HR Transaction Representative career opportunity at our Dallas, TX location.
Summary: Responsible for the data entry of HR transactions in Essilor’s HRIS for Partner Labs, Shared Services, Nassau/OOGP and ELOA.
Principle Duties and Accountabilities: • Responsible for all data entry into HRIS for new hires, terminations, status changes and benefit changes. • Ensure the receipt of any and all appropriate documentation pertaining to employee data changes in HRIS Audit incoming information for accuracy, validate documentation source, and verify correct approvals as required. Actively follow-up on any outstanding or incorrect items. • Update employee personnel files to include documentation supporting employee data changes. Scan and/or e-file electronic images and file any additional hard copy documents as necessary. • Assist with annual open enrollment process including any necessary data entry. • Assist with lab integrations onto Essilor’s HRIS and Payroll by entering all necessary data into HRIS according to set deadlines. • Run HRIS reports as determined/needed by clients. • Coordinate off-site storage maintenance and retrieval. • Other duties and projects as assigned by HR Managers and HR Director.
Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years HR administrative experience in a high paced, multiple priority environment. • Experience working with remote locations is strongly preferred. • Customer-focus is essential, with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality, ability to exercise discretion with various data change questions and issues. • Ability to monitor information, and manage workload and priorities, while maintaining high standard of work quality. • Ability to be flexible to new and expanding responsibilities. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS preferred • Must have ability to multi-task, and respond positively in stressful situations • Ability to deal with individuals by phone, e-mail or in person • Ability to work well with individuals in all levels of the organization
