Position Focus and Scope To support the HR department objectives and targets with generalist responsibilities.
General Job Description Provides support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, AAP/EEO, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Level Responsibilities Guidance
Operates under limited supervision; work is reviewed for quality and compliance with standards.
Impact
Impact is moderate; may impact productivity and customer service within work group.
Knowledge
Fully competent professional; typically has relevant professional experience in addition to formal training.
Applies broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of a field.
