Summary :
The Human Resources Representative will provide HR Generalist support for various client groups in Bloomington including simple employee relations issues, leaves of absence, general analytical support and PeopleSoft administration. In addition to daily HR support, the HR Representative will be expected to partner with the HR Team to plan and execute strategic HR initiatives for the Bloomington Facility. This positions reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (these are primary responsibilities of the role and the incumbent will perform other duties as assigned) :
• Supports facility HR team in implementing function and/or facility-wide HR plans
• Works independently to resolve straightforward employee relations issues
• Supports local talent planning which includes implementation of function-wide training and development plans and talent management support
• Data management responsibilities to include processing workflow changes in PeopleSoft, audits of data, earnings uploads and data correction workflows.
• Analyze HR data to support HR planning process, including creating reports, presentations, etc.
• Maintain measurement systems and analyze data to determine the impact of HR programs. Makes recommendations to management based upon analysis
• Proactively communicate HR policies, programs and employee information
• Coordinate / administer company-wide programs and events (included, but not limited to, new hire orientation, employee discount program, etc.)

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications ):
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• 1-3 years experience working in Human Resources is required
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and the ability to learn other enterprise software
