Responsibilities: •Provide generalist HR support for the following groups: Americas Sales •Recruit and extend offers of employment to successful candidates •Provide advice to managers with regard to employee relations and performance related issues •Collect and analyze HR data, and make recommendations to management •In addition, this position will have cross-departmental responsibilities, including recreation, performance review process, etc. •Coordinate and/or conduct employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation •Conduct exit interviews with employee; communicate findings to management •Respond to inquiries regarding the organizations processes, policies, procedures, and programs
Requirements: •Bachelor degree in business, psychology or related field •5+ years of HR generalist and recruiting experience •Familiar with current human resource concepts, practices and procedures •Demonstrated ability to think critically and effectively resolve employee issues •Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams •Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
