HR Shared Services Under the leadership of the Director of Business Partner, Benefits and Shared Services, assume responsibility for the design and management of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H) Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) department. Ensure effective operations of the HRSS department, providing leadership and oversight of HR practices, policies, programs and systems consistent with industry best practice and the mission and vision of D-H. Provide day- to- day guidance and coordination to the HRSS call center (an HR generalist model) and administrative team. Support the HR enterprise by identifying, planning and administering training workshops. Understand process workflows and document business process requirements, with a keen eye for efficiency and streamlining, to continuously improve service delivery. Deliver regular departmental performance reviews and provide consistent coaching and mentoring to staff - translate findings into priorities for continuous improvement. Work with the Director of Business Partner, Benefits and Shared Services to deliver on institutional and departmental strategic initiatives. Convey a high level of integrity, foster an overall spirit of cooperation and trust in HR practices as well as demonstrate a customer centric approach to service delivery. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or similar discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or communications environment, including training and leadership responsibility. Master's degree in Business, or equivalent, highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient analytical, process improvement and problem solving skills as well as instructional design using adult learning principles required. Proficiency in PC software including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint. Proficient in PeopleSoft and other HR systems and applications required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
