Apply for this job: Your application choices are: * Apply for this jobonline * Refer a friend to this job More information about this job: Overview: This position will provide Human Resources Generalist support for Razorfish's Central Region, including the Chicago, Austin, and Atlanta offices and may also support the Global Solutions business unit. Additionally, this position will partner with the Human Resources Director to ensure the successful implementation of company-wide initiatives and practices including on-boarding, training, employee relations and performance management, as well as effectively managing and administering strategic HR programs and projects.
Responsibilities: * Strategic/Hands-on Human Resources business partner * Partners with managers and staff to facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues in a timely manner * Strategic guidance and leadership of new initiatives based on the demands of the business (integration projects, team synergies, etc…) * Accountable for developing and executing human resources plans and programs including but not limited to: Training, Job Descriptions, Salary Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruiting, Talent, and Workforce Planning * Works closely with Recruiting, Resource Management and the Human Resources team to recruit and select employees for all positions within the Operating unit * Provides coaching and counseling to managers Re: performance management topics; and is an integral leader in the annual review process * Creates and executes clear and concise communication plans regarding initiatives and the direction of the business * Researches and recommends programs that will enhance overall organizational effectiveness and enhance the ability of the company, and the assigned division, to meet its strategic goals * Ensures policies, practices and procedures are administered in a fair and consistent manner, and in accordance with all applicable local, state and/or federal laws * Provides reports and analysis on organizational health metrics * Supports promotion and salary adjustment process to ensure seamless and on-time implementation * Stays informed of changes and innovations in the field of human resource management and industry practices * Special Projects as assigned
Qualifications: * 7 years of progressively, Hands-on and Strategic Human Resources Generalist experience with primary focus in: - Performance Management - Employee Relations - Training - Organizational Development - Talent Management * Recruiting experience for a variety of technical and non-technical positions * Familiarity with HRIS systems and Windows business applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio * Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education is required * Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) is strongly desired * Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work within tight deadlines * Proven organizational and project management skills This position is a full-time opportunity.
