Provide timely and accurate metrics that assists the business with decision making. Deliver day-to-day solutions and quality consultative service.<br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/>Provides consultation, coaching and recommendations to leaders and associates on all staffing initiatives, performance improvement plans, standards for performance, retention and exit strategies, competencies/leadership behaviors, positive associate relations, corrective actions, affirmative action, compensation and other issues through meetings, advisory committees and other forums. Provide expert advice and support on reorganizations, retention strategies, etc…<br/><br/>Participate in talent management initiatives and assessment programs to ensure the success of the business, functional, or regional team(s) and retention of human capital. Develop and maintain programs and metrics that enhance leader’s abilities to develop and retain top performers and manage performance. Actively participate in business, functional or regional team(s) staffing activities including interviewing for any open leadership or senior individual contributor roles.<br/><br/>Serves as a lead advisor to business, functional, or regional team(s) by recommending and developing metric based reporting to leaders and associates on associate surveys, retention interviews, exit interviews, positive associate relations, corrective actions, affirmative action, compensation and other issues through meetings, advisory committees and other forums.<br/><br/>Provide expert advice on practical day-to-day team based solutions and feedback on business, functional, or regional team(s) and individual department performance. Represent the Company and prepare Company leaders to provide firsthand knowledge testimony for appearing at compliance hearings, mediation or depositions including Local, State, District, and Country law and compliance issues within area of responsibility. Work with legal within area of expertise to prepare for and participate in legal cases. Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local employment law.<br/><br/>Lead, support, and/or partner with Human Resources Center of Excellence Teams in all organizational initiatives.<br/><br/>Required Qualifications<br/><br/>* Must have 5 – 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role supporting senior level leaders/large client teams.<br/>* Primary experience must be in following countries: China and Singapore (India, Japan & Korea preferred)<br/>* Fluent Mandarin and English<br/>* Experience in diverse backgrounds (services, manufacturing) a plus.<br/>* BA/BS required.<br/>* Demonstrated HR Management experience leveraging HR functional initiatives to the overall business vision and objectives.<br/>* Highly developed consultative and negotiation skills and ability to influence associates and leaders in business, functional, or regional team(s).<br/>* Excellent written and oral communication skills.<br/>* Strong demonstrated presentation skills.<br/>* Expert knowledge of local, state, district and country laws influencing personnel actions.<br/>* Demonstrated leadership ability, including coaching and counseling capabilities, interpersonal and team building skills, and partnering abilities.<br/>* Strong customer service commitment.<br/>* Ability to focus on business strategy and execution.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications<br/><br/>* MBA or Master’s level degree in HR related function preferred.<br/>* Management experience preferred but not required., Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service Representative, Human Resources, HR Manager, HR, Legal, Compliance, Management, Regional Manager, Manager, MBA, Service, Customer Service
