The HR Management Systems Analyst provides ongoing maintenance and support of HR and Talent Management systems. The successful candidate will develop, monitor and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.
Provide ongoing analytical and strategic support through projects and special assignments in areas such as strategic HRM, HR metrics, workforce planning, talent acquisition and others as assigned.
Key functional partner for system upgrades and enhancements, providing testing support for new releases.
Develop configuration changes and reports based on the needs of the benefits, recruiting, and human resources operations groups.
Prepare and executes tests to ensure that modifications to the system are adequately tested prior to implementation.
Maintain and own the HR reporting and analytics tools.
Advanced work in SQL including creating, modifying and troubleshooting ad hoc queries for data requests
Serve as main contact for providing HR data to the organization and provide training to end users.
May be responsible for the total life-cycle of an assigned project, including initial project planning and development, team formation, communications and presentations, and execution.
Bachelor degree from four-year college or university
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with HR and Talent Management Systems
