Job Summary:
Our best in class manufacturing client needs a strong HR Generalist with labor relations experience for this unionized facility. Experience in all facets of HR to include contract administration, managing and resolving grievances, and working closely with the HRM and supervisors on promoting a positive employee relations environment.
This is a great role with a clear career track to HR Manager for a high energy HR professional who is open to relocation in 2-3 years for promotion.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary in order to negotiate and communicate with union officials, third parties, etc., and support bargaining agreements and policies
Experience:
4-6
Education:
BS prefer Masters and/or MBA
