INVISTA is seeking a talented HR Professional to join our team in Victoria, Texas. The HR Generalist role will join the HR team to provide HR support and guidance for Operations and Business functions. This position reports directly to the HR Manager in Victoria.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business and operations to provide HR Generalist support including compensation reviews, recruitment, employee relations, talent planning, etc.
• Analyze compensation trends, both local and national, compile data and make wage proposals to management.
• Create partnerships with managers and supervisors, while providing day to day assistance on employee relations activities.
• Facilitate principled based decision making with supervisors around performance management.
• Assist in performance management by compiling employee performance information, analyzing trends, and implementing performance strategies that focus on value creation.
• Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resource policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
• Assist in updating and implementing various site Human Resource guidelines, policies, and procedures with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Help to grow and advance Market Based Management culture with managers and employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience researching and analyzing various types of information such as compensation data.
• Experience in MS Office Software (MS Word document creation/editing, Excel spreadsheet creation/editing, data entry and analysis, and PowerPoint presentation creation/editing).
• Must be able to meet the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) eligibility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or SPHR certification
• SAP system experience
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System such as Taleo
