Job Description The sales and marketing organization of Eaton Power Distribution & Control division business located in Shanghai has an opening for a HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits.

The position will be responsible for continuous improvements in Compensation & Benefits functions in order to provide competitive and fair pay to employees.
A Manage new employee onboard procedures and termination formalities;
B Be responsible for employment contract management, including new labor contract signing, renew and etc.
C Manage monthly payroll, and ensure monthly salary and social benefit account accuracy and on-time payment;
D Maintain HR database; Ensure data integrity in all HR related databases;
E Make monthly HR reports like headcount report, tax report, organization chart, and etc;
F Manage employee attendance, maintain leave record for Sales and Marketing team;
G Partner with HR team to implement all Eaton established HR processes and polices, including annual merit planning; APEX, employee survey, E-Star, Compensation Survey, EPWP, Data Integrity Audit etc.;
H Support sales incentive rollout;
I Support business manager to manage new employee probation evaluation process;
J Maintenance of employee Hand book;
K Maintain and keep employee personnel files
L Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements University degree and above; With minimum of 2 years compensation & benefit related working experience in foreign invested company;
Good spoken and writing English skills;
Good computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT);
Be familiar with local HR related policies/ regulations.
Highly motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
Keep confidentiality and detailed oriented
Ability to coordinate several activities at any one time and take initiative to respond rapidly to urgent requests.
