He/she will serve as a strategic business partner by managing numerous Human Resources functions, to include, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, new hire on-boarding and orientation, labor relations, policy development, and administration of SCA as it relates to benefits and compensation. He/she will partner with other HR Generalists to meet all necessary goals, objectives and deliverables. Provide strategic work direction and expertise in multiple HR functional areas. 2. Provide guidance, direction and support to managers/directors and other staff. 3. Create and implement web-based new hire orientation presentations. 6. Responsible for on-boarding and conducting new hire orientations. 7. Assists employees with benefits issues and questions, when necessary. 8. Conduct exit interviews for terminated/resignations of employees. 9. Oversees HR processes that include new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations/resignations. 10. Conducts e-Verify on new hires. 11. Processes I-9s of new employees. 12. Oversees tuition reimbursements for company. 13. Conducts employment verifications. 14. Responsible for coordinating compensation, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. 15. Utilize cutting edge technology to create and implement new electronic records filing system for HR Department. 16. Manages and maintains compliance of personnel files and electronic record keeping. 17. Stay abreast of current electronic retention rules and policy changes. 18. Customize and enhance reports and data for management, as needed. 19. Demonstrated history of advanced human resources practices as a business partner to executive management in a complex and/or matrix operating environment. 20.
