HR Coordinator (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)

As our HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of benefits and payroll between US employees and our company's world headquarters. You will be the first point on contact for benefit and payroll questions and be responsible for helping resolve issues. You will conduct all new hire orientations. You will be responsible for HR data management in the US and Europe, including the creation of new position numbers, submission of requisition requests, employee data changes and other requests. You will assist in the creation of job postings and tracking within our recruiting software. You will be the central point of contact for all contribution requests and in organizing volunteer opportunities throughout the year. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties including preparing correspondence, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, updating organization charts, interview scheduling and other administrative support duties as needed.


Qualifications

- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related preferred
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively handle multiple and competing priorities
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other HR database preferred
