External Description:
HR coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of employee records, conducting employee orientations, verifying qualifications of candidates, special projects and clerical duties assigned by Human Resource Manager to ensure proper communication to employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

?First point of contact for employees

?Create and maintain employee files and records by accurately completing forms and informing employees of options to comply with company and legal regulations

?Prepare and verify employee transactions for processing, including new hire, termination, benefits enrollment, leave of absence, etc. as required

?Prepare and administer monthly salary inputs, annual tax declaration, issuing of employment confirmation for relevant institutions (banks, execution office etc.)

?Administer Paid Time Off, leave of absence processes ? regular communication with KPMG

?Communicate information on jobs and current events; support to assigned BUs

?Maintain employee relations and benefit programs

?Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports, dashboard and other statistical information for internal and external use

Administer the HRMS including implementation, testing, maintenance and security. Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities and liaison with service provider (HRSC)

?Realize the recruitment of hourly positions based on the HRM approval

?Assist in planning, organizing and conducting employee activity/ social events

?Realize other regular or ad hoc activity based on business needs and/or HRM request
