HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator role is a fast-paced position with a primary focus on recruiting support.


BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Taleo System Administrator

  • Administrator for Taleo applicant tracking system.
  • Process position requisitions and enter data into Taleo.
  • Post jobs to our company's Career Section internally and externally.
  • Post to outside job boards, using eQuest through Taleo as necessary. Work with new job boards to set up accounts and pricing. Add all new sources to the
  • Career site to enable candidates to select from the new source.
  • Update applicant information and actions in the system.
  • Set up and remove accounts in Taleo including new hiring managers, new cost centers, locations, new employees, and terminated employees.
  • Create and update offer letters and templates.
  • Configure Career Section.
  • Create and generate various reports out of Taleo using Business Objects XI.
  • Answer questions from Recruiters, Managers, Generalists, and candidates regarding the requisition and hiring processes as well as the Taleo system.


    Pre-Employment/Onboarding

  • Process backgrounds, informing recruiters of delays and issues, sometimes contacting the candidates directly.
  • Process drug tests.
  • Responsible for processing all corporate new hire paperwork on or before deadline.
  • Candidate expense reimbursement.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, car rental as requested.
  • Schedule and set up new hires for Orientation. Prepare new hire packets, updating forms as necessary. May be asked to be a back-up for conducting Orientation.
  • Assist in converting employees from temporary status to regular status.


    Additional Responsibilities

  • Track relocation expenses.
  • Collect and organize Affirmative Action data.
  • Manage Employee Referral program.
  • Pull I-9's for terminated employees on a quarterly basis.
  • Other duties as requested.


    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years office or clerical support experience, preferably in an HR department or recruiting environment.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system. Taleo experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public, to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and conduct daily duties in a professional manner.


    PLUS FACTORS:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Experience with SAP, ABRA or other HRIS system.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
