HR Compliance Assistant
Mosaic, a national field marketing company, is currently seeking an outstanding, results-oriented individual for the position of Temporary HR Compliance Assistant to work in our Human Resources department at our corporate office in Irving, Texas.
Reporting to the HR Onboarding Manager, this position is responsible for "on-boarding" newly hired employees by tracking new hire paperwork and pre-employment screening, updating HR databases, following-up with new hire candidates, providing reports to internal client teams regarding the status of on-boarding employees, and trouble-shooting. This position is an extremely fast-paced data-entry and reporting position.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- General data entry and filing HR documents - Processing and analyzing screening results and adjudications (HireRight)
- Contacting candidates
- Processing and analyzing onboarding reports for internal Client Teams
