Job Description The HR Associate provides human resources programmatic and operational support to the firm's HR outsourcing clients. This individual serves as a point of contact to client management and staff on all issues related to human resources including: staffing and recruitment, benefits and compensation administration, performance management, employee relations, training and development and HRIS/intranet related issues, and works closely with the President & CEO to ensure accurate, responsive, high-quality human resources support in a client service environment. He/she participates in developing human resources goals, objectives and systems in cooperation with client, Senior Consultant and/or President & CEO. The HR Associate may also assist in the development and evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of clients' human resources functions in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed while delivering outstanding client service.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of Human Resources generalist experience OR a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a minimum of two years of HR management experience. PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management Strong client service orientation and demonstrated understanding of the nonprofit sector; experience in the nonprofit sector strongly preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate orally, and write effectively and concisely to a wide variety of audiences including management, staff, boards of directors and other potential client organizations. ?Demonstrated proficiency with all MS office applications and HRIS. ?Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial orientation and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
