Job Description :
This position is responsible for the coordinating and administration of HR generalist responsibilities of the Sao Paulo facility. This position is the first point of contact for the hourly employees on HR related issues.
· Payroll o Provide data for payments (bi-weekly) o Provide info for admissions, vacations, terminations, etc. o Conference of payroll o Provide information regarding frequency control, overtime, etc. o Deliver pay slips to all employees o Provide info for Meal voucher and transport voucher payments to eligible employees o Contact with outsource company · Personnel o Maintenance of employee records o Maintenance of employee documents o Control of Vacations o Control of all legal requirements in regards to employees o Control of all legal requirement · Daily activities o Payment to suppliers o Payment of taxes o PPIs control o Health Insurance and Life insurance processes (inclusion of new employees) maintenance o Uniform to hourly employees o Training activities (schools, enrolments, etc) o Control of programs required by law (PCMSO, PPRA, CIPA, etc)
· Must be English speaking · Associate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. · 2 – 4 years of HR generalist experience · Must be a self-starter with the ability to work alone, or in a team environment with limited supervision. · Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to function in a multi-tasking capacity. · Excellent computer skills. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SAP experience a plus.
