Head of Recruitment / Sales
Our client is searching for a Head of Recruitment/Business Development for their Stamford, CT office. This is a Number 1 spot in a newly created division for a healthcare company looking to create a healthcare staffing division
Roles and Responsibilities: •Identify business opportunities and establish new relationships through interaction with key players at targeted major healthcare companies. •Develop and cultivate relationships with key C level executives and/or hiring managers •Develop customized proposals for customers based on their objectives, desired tactics and budget parameters. •Manage programs from creation, negotiation and contracting to execution.
Requirements: •Knowledge of health care industry. •5+ years in recruitment (Temp, Perm or both) and client facing in healthcare industry •Existing contacts in product management and marketing at relevant organizations. •Ability to network to create new business opportunities with targeted clients. •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to clients.
Salary: Base (DOE) + commission. Competitive compensation package commensurate with industry experience.
