Global Accounts Sales Engineer

Global Accounts Senior Sales Engineer - Financial Services

 

 

 

The Global Accounts Senior Sales Engineer works closely with the Global Accounts Sales Team responsible for IntraLinks largest Financial Services accounts. In this role, you will serve as IntraLinks lead product advocate, technical expert, and client analyst during the pre-sales process.  The Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and will interact closely with IntraLinks product, client service and support organizations to ensure accurate representation of IntraLinks services to prospects and deliver tailored solutions

 

 

 

Knowledge & Responsibilities

 

 

 

 Demonstrate thorough knowledge of front-office application software, global bank technology environments, and SaaS delivery models.

 

 Reasonable working knowledge with content management and collaboration systems

 

 Work collaboratively with Global Accounts Sales Executives to drive watershed deals for the company

 

 Credibly present IntraLinks product and architecture to IT C-Suite.

 

 Ably demonstrate IntraLinks product and services, often tailored to specific customer requirements

 

 Lead response to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs

 

 

 

  • Facilitate pre-sales requirements and design workshops, including documentation of current state business process and technical environments future state design across functional, technical and integration requirements 

  • Measure success criteria against client business goals and objectives

  • Build direct relationships with key client IT stakeholders at all levels.
