Overview: Responsible for development and maintenance of Healthcare Compliance task and milestone level Project Plan. Will also be responsible for managing and delivery of specific tasks relating to the deployment of the HCC Solutions to new and existing sites. Roles & Responsibilities: • Work with the Healthcare Compliance Solution Owner and other Solution and Deployment Teams to define project deliverables/tasks for successful implementation of multiple projects. • Manage the Healthcare Compliance Project Plan to ensure tasks are executed on time with quality results and risks are identified early with recommended mitigation plans. • Work with the Healthcare Compliance Solution Owner to understand Business Requirements and design efficient, effective solutions within the ERP landscape. • Execute test scripts based on HCC business requirement documenting the results and updating job aids and training materials. • Assist with documentation and updates to presentations that provide clear communications of the existing HCC Solution and the business impacts and uses of the Solution. • Exhibit strong project, process and stakeholder management skills to elicit business requirements/use cases. • Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. . • Project planning, estimating, detail tracking, and monitoring of task completion against schedule and reporting of status. . • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including technical writing and oral presentation skills; interact in a matrix organization with business partners, end users, developers and external clients . • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and strong analytical and leadership skills . • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment; influence/negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities a must . • Detail oriented. • Ability to self-manage and deal with ambiguity Education & Experience: • Experience with HCP Aggregate Spend Reporting . • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration, majoring in Computer Science, MIS, IT or business related field. • PMP Certification or equivalent experience with SDLC methodology execution. . • 10+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry .Strong experience in all MS Office tools, including MS Project Server and SharePoint.
