Responsibilities: The Executive Recruiter will focus on candidate talent search and placement and search strategy development and will act as recruiting lead for executive hiring for internal clients. Their work ethic and attitude will support a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers who demand talent to continue to grow the business.
Specific responsibilities include: --Personally lead searches for senior experienced and executive hires, carrying a full search load --Collaborate with leaders in the development and implementation of a search strategies focused on rapid identification of external talent --Work with managers to effectively diagnose strategy issues and partner to solve them --Manage all aspects of the search process-from sourcing through candidate close and on-boarding --Manage both internal sourcer and external research to ensure hiring needs are met for assigned client groups --Work with talent acquisition colleagues to maximize return-on-investment on systems and processes --Develop effective relationships with other HR functions, such as the HR Generalist Team and Compensation and Benefits Required Background: --Ability to develop and implement successful senior experienced hire recruiting programs with excellent strategic and creative thinking, project management and analytic skills --Proven expertise in developing strategic partnerships with senior management and influencing key hiring decisions, preferably in a fast-paced organizational environment --Demonstrated ability to manage searches at both the strategic and tactical levels --Knowledge of our competitors at the base level - and knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring. --Strong knowledge of consulting industry trends, compensation and benefits --Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization --Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously - and, be willing to support recruiting initiatives(new systems, improving processes etc.) --Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions and be able to look at new approaches to old problems --Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the company especially senior leadership --Superior candidate negotiation skills --Ability to work at a high-level of independence and autonomy; intellectual acumen, leadership, sound judgment, professional and personal integrity, initiative and flexibility
