Experience: The successful Human Resources Recruiter will have 2+ years experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, coupled with intermediate level skills in Word and Excel. Preference will be given to those applicants with previous experience in an Human Resources environment and experience with JDE and HRIS, or those possessing applicable post secondary education in Human Resources. It is essential that you are comfortable working with confidential information. Strong organizational skills and exceptional communication will set you apart.
