This is an exciting opportunity to be a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) in the Engineering, Operations and Technology (EO&T) HR organization. The EO&T organization is comprised of innovative and dedicated people who strive to establish technical and functional excellence across the enterprise. Our HR team is committed to providing premium HR service and products to enable business success.
We are currently hiring Level 4 HRGs to work in one of our EO&T organizations (Boeing Test and Evaluation, Boeing Research and Technology, Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Environment, Health and Safety, Finance, Communications, Business Management or Core). Opportunities may include roles focused on the business (assigned) or on skills management (enrolled).
Primary responsibilities for these roles include creating and aligning business and people related strategies and integration of HR policy and processes into daily management and business plans. There is a strong emphasis on development and implementation of key initiatives including strategic workforce planning, organization culture, and employee engagement. Requires demonstrated ability to regularly exercise significant influence, challenge status quo and utilize independent judgment among various levels of leadership.
Must have the ability to quickly build working together relationships with all levels of management, HR peers and representatives from the HR Central Functions. This position requires high level of collaboration with demonstrated ability to understand the business challenges, strategies and initiatives, and participate in critical business decisions. Promote a diverse and inclusive culture by advocating employee interests and perspectives, leveraging differences and facilitating communication to ensure all views are represented. Proactively lead and identify solutions to a variety of complex business people-related issues that require ingenuity and innovation.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience partnering on HR strategies with senior leaders?

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
