RISE Engineering is looking for a qualified individual to direct the development of recruitment strategies to fill required positions within the company. This includes pre-screening, interviews and reference checks. The employee will work with Thielsch Eng and communicate with the HR dept. Must provide ongoing support to RISE managers and support the PMP process. Represent RISE in forums, advisory committees and committees for green jobs trainng and special projects. Requirements include 2-4 years of education/professional experience in human resources and/or energy efficiency programs and services. Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to make presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report systems is required.
