In this role, you will counsel employees and management related to the interpretation of hospital polices, procedures and practices regarding the application of policies, employee discipline, performance evaluations, grievances, unemployment compensation and other human resource issues. Youll investigate employee complaints, prepare documentation and recommendations for corrective action.
Requirements include 1-3 years experience in an employee relations setting, excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft office (e.g., Excel) applications. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
