Employee Development Specialist 3\4

Everett Operations, Training and Compliance is seeking experienced, inspired Employee Development Specialists. This position conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials as appropriate. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual and/or group performance. Consults with business partners on performance development opportunities by analyzing, planning, implementing and evaluating learning strategies and solutions. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes. Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources. Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements. Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area. Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.

Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Workplace Coaches and Skill Advisors working on the Everett Operations Training and Compliance Team utilize their extensive experience and process expertise to the fullest extent: Individual and group assessment, knowledge transfer, teaching, team coaching, process and performance improvement. Working in close partnership with Learning Training and Development (LTD), Quality Through Training Program (QTTP), Global Staffing and Puget Sound Skill Teams, we provide the essential training resources to newly hired, rehired, and existing workforce in Manufacturing Operations, Field Operations and Quality programs throughout the Everett Site.
