Documentation and Training Specialist

Sales Channel Training meets the training needs of our internal and external audiences by producing and delivering print, online, video, and instructor led training. Our primary topics range from sales and marketing to new technology and operations. This position requires research, design, and development of training materials that facilitate the growth of the business. Success in Sales Channel Training will require the application of creativity, sound training principles, and excellent communication skills.

We work in a dynamic industry that is always changing so an eye for detail is required to maintain and update existing materials such as new hire training, Team Summit classes, quarterly training, technology job aids, and more. This position will assist in developing the training for the field by building materials used to expand the knowledge of all audiences.    They'll be able to project manage, build and monitor training.  Newly added audiences, including DISH Business, require additional resources.

• Creation of Training materials for Indirect Sales
• Work with all business units to ensure information is accurate
• Work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality and accuracy
• Constantly look for ways to improve the methods that are used to communicate changes
• Desire to learn about new technology

• BS/BA
• 1-3 years content creation
• Sales and/or marketing experience
