Director, Talent Acquisition
Must have 10 plus years executive level experience in recruiting/talent acquisition in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture. BA/BS, Master's preferred.
The primary responsibility of Director, Talent Acquisition is to lead all leadership talent acquisition activities for the organization. In this role, the incumbent will partner with senior management and develop and implement an enterprise-wide comprehensive staffing strategy and corresponding programs to enable the organization to achieve its business objectives. This individual will lead a proactive recruiting organization to ensure that world class talent is attracted, recruited and retained by the organization. This position will also be responsible for managing the corporate talent acquisition team.
The incumbent should also have extensive experience providing leadership and direction for performance and talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She/he will also work with all levels of management on succession planning, leadership development, and effective utilization of talent. The incumbent will coach senior leaders and managers on critical competencies.
