Macy's, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for Director- Stores Executive Development which will be located in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Accountabilities :

• Consult with senior leaders and other stakeholders to determine L&D's role in supporting business goals and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain curriculum plans for all key store job titles; balance the needs of many stakeholders across the organization.
• Evaluate the business impact of learning programs and tools.
• Lead a team of professionals to collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders on program design and development.
