Overview: We currently have an opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated to develop business training programs and facilitate business training for our own internal organization and for our customers as well. This individual must have a strong work ethic, be results-oriented, a superb communicator and have the ability to multi task.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training programs for staff and customers.
Conduct "train the trainer" programs as needed to ensure the effectiveness of both company-based and customer training programs.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through the measurement of key business performance indicators
Test employees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Provide written and verbal assessments and progress of employees during training periods.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs for both staff and customers.
Create training courses.
Develop training manuals and other educational materials.
Qualifications:
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional presentation and platform skills
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
Must have proven skills in instructional design/training
50% Travel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory. MBA preferred
Must posses 5-7 years of business management experience.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
