We are currently looking for a Director of Recruiting Information Management to join our Parsippany, new Jersey. Under the administrative supervision of the Managing Director, the Director of Recruiting Information Management has primary responsibility for sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing qualified professionals, with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a diversified pool of candidates/Consultants. The primary components of this role are outlined below.
Responsibilities
Develops a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, the existing Consultant pool, and current and projected engagements.
Develops and maintains qualified candidate pool via Internet postings and searches, print advertisements, networking/referrals, special recruitment letters and mailings.
Reviews and tracks resumes, conducts phone screens, and schedules candidate interviews.
Conducts in depth behavioral interviews in order to assess skill sets and competencies of candidates.
Documents candidates' profiles, checks candidates' references and supports client service team in determining Consultant "matches" for open client engagements.
Manages Consultant pool by initiating regular communication with Consultants to reduce "unassigned time" and ensures that Consultants' expectations are being met.
Presents recruiting and Consultant development updated at weekly team meetings.
Participates in business development discussions and develops new recruiting strategies based on information obtained from meeting.
Represents Resources Global in appropriate professional and community organizations.
Professional Qualifications
A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant recruiting experience plus Information Management industry experience, professional services/consulting experience preferred.
A Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited institution is required.
Strong professional recruiting network in the Parsippany, New Jersey area.
Personal Characteristics
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate via the phone and in person.
Ability to negotiate and influence others.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop business relationships. Technically proficient in all aspects of Internet recruiting.
Adaptable and flexible to change as well as appreciates sense of urgency in completing tasks. Strong soft skills and a team player. Ability to collaborate and support team effectively.
