Director of DHP and Credentialing - PROF: HUMAN RESOURCES
Director of DHP and Credentialing - Sunrise, Florida US
POSITION SUMMAR: This position is responsible for the development and evolution of the overall strategy for (DHP) Dependant Healthcare Practitioner and Credentialing Processing operations. This includes the development and integration of new technology to enhance processes. This position will also have significant interaction with Facility HR, Quality & Medical StaffManagement Teams,as well as Corporate Departments including DHP.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field required.
Minimum 5-7 years in credentialing management and/or healthcare management experience required, Centralized credentialing/primary source verification office experience preferred
Detailed working knowledge of the health care and credentialing industry, including medical-legal issues and laws, regulatory agencies, and other national standards required
Experience in healthcare provider financial operations preferred
Previous credentialing experience preferred
Excellent computer and communication skills
