This is a highly visible role within the organization, as will as with their customer base, and a great growth opportunity! My client is ideally seeking someone with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience and excellent Client/Account Management skills. Responsibilities:The Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for increasing my clients Professional Services revenue and to drive overall customer satisfaction with my clients products and services. The CEM will work closely with Sales Account Executives to support the sales strategy to penetrate existing accounts and identify/develop new business. This individual will analyze customer's business requirements and application objectives, as well as estimate time frames, quality and quantity of technical resources required to successfully execute the project according to the lifications: 10+ years of experience in business development, customer relationship management, and technical project management. Prior experience as a Software CEM/Services Director or Professional Services Consultant. Strong knowledge of Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM). Experience writing Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW). Experience forecasting project variables and managing customer expectations throughout the process. Must be able to travel up to 50%, regional travel.
