Position Description: Comcast BUMPD is seeking a Director Human Resources with a broad HR background and a demonstrated track record of success in a fast paced work environment. The Comcast BUMPD culture requires an assertive and flexible individual that is proactive in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company. This role will partner with the VP of HR to develop and deploy strategic Business and HR initiatives. Reporting to the VP, HR for BUMPD, the Director role also provides consultative support to select client groups within BUMPD to include Sales, Marketing and the Strategic Business units (Video, Voice, Wireless and HSD). The incumbent will work closely with business leaders at the headquarters, division and regional levels. Primary duties include but are not limited to: ?{ As a member of the BUMPD HR team, develop, deploy and drive execution of initiatives relating to acquiring, engaging, managing performance, developing and retaining talent ?{ Develop programs which support national initiatives in the field (e.g. Net 1k, Cayman), supporting these initiatives through collaboration and consultation with key division and regional contacts ?{ Lead and/or support the execution of all national HR programs (e.g., employee engagement, performance management, employee development, special projects) ?{ Facilitate employee communications and promote employee education, learning, and development ?{ Engage or direct employees to the appropriate resources within a COE or Employee Service Center, ensure follow up and resolution ?{ Assist in the development and maintenance of Talent Management programs ?{ As necessary, support effective resolution of employee relations matters ?{ Work closely with leaders to anticipate employee and organizational issues Job Requirements: The ideal candidate is business minded and is able to deal with employees at all levels front line through senior leader both field and HQ and has experience in a sales and marketing environment. Additional Requirements: ?{ A minimum of 10 years experience in HR or an equivalent combination of Generalist/Business experience. ?{ A Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, Masters degree preferred ?{ Excellent written and oral communication skills with an open and collaborative work style ?{ Strong business partnership, solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively ?{ A high level of business maturity to independently manage multiple ongoing HR issues ?{ Must have proven ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization ?{ Demonstrated ability to facilitate change management efforts ?{ Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and liaise between HQ and Field environments Minimum Requirements:
