We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to support approximately 415 employees in our Connexions subsidiary. The position will have overall HR responsibility for our Eden Prairie, MN office as well as the Boise, ID and St. Louis, MO call centers. The position will serve as a business partner to all functional areas within the organization with responsibility for a wide range of HR administration and employee relation activities. Specifically the role will be responsible for:
o Manage a staff of 4 HR professionals. o Oversee recruiting, employee relations, employee recognition program, employee development, performance management and organizational design. o Provide coaching and counseling to Managers on employee issues ensuring compliance with applicable company guidelines and legal regulations o Assist employees with employment related issues through confidential discussions. o Manage the recruiting function for open positions which includes sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates to fill all level of positions within the organization. o Provide change management support to Management and employees. o Manage several key areas of the department budget
The position will be based out of the Eden Prairie, MN location. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5-7 years HR experience in employee relations and recruiting with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Must have strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills and must be comfortable working in a fast paced, change oriented environment.
