Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Director, Human Resource Business Partner - Field for our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position will lead customer service teams for all field based clients; partner with field based management and HR specialists to define, develop and implement HR solutions to optimize talent, improve processes and support business objectives; and provides consulting expertise to clients on maximizing human capital to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work with HRBP head to develop vision, and lead, plan, project coordinate and manage the HRBP Field team. Consult with business leaders to align talent related needs with the current and future needs of the organization; ensure consistency, continuity and successful delivery of tailored solutions to clients and to identify talent issues before they affect the business. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic focal point for all human capital issues and work with field leadership to develop and coach top talent, high performing and emerging leaders.

Education/Experience
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 3 years supervising HR professionals is required. Experience of the pharmaceutical industry and working with field based functions in highly preferred. You will be accountable for the confidentiality of employee data and required to travel to business area offices on a quarterly basis. Must be willing to travel 15% of the time.
