The Director, HRIS, will support the overall business strategy and enable efficient management of talent by successfully implementing and managing global HR systems. Lead global implementation and management of Oracle HRIS using best practice methodologies and processes.
Serve as liaison between clients and functional team members to ensure effective definition and delivery of HRIS applications.
Design and analyze work processes providing solutions to leverage technological capabilities.
Promote proactive approaches for using the HRIS capabilities to provide/support business solutions.
Consult with business leaders to establish efficient automated processes to improve productivity and minimize costs.
Establish and evaluate standard organizational reporting and metrics.
Job Requirement Section
Required
BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, preferably an advanced degree
8 years of increasingly responsible experience in human resource information systems
Strong Oracle HR implementation experience with at least 2 implementations of Oracle HRMS and/or Oracle Payroll
Strong Project Management skills with demonstrated implementation and change management experience in a global environment.
Experience managing and resolving global data privacy issues, with understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
Ability to influence, persuade, and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.
Experience functioning in a highly matrixed organization structure preferred
Experience working with companies led by technical managers preferred
PMP or similar certification preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical clients.
