Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inbound and outboud customer calls and written correspondences
*Build rapport with each customer and actively licensing to customer requests and inquiries
*Retain policy holders who inquire about canceling through open listening, negotiation and policy review
*Proactively identify and communicate policy transactions and impact to customer billing
*Manage and utilize time effectives to ensure insurance group meetings required service levels for improved customer satisfaction results
*Be professional liaison between customers and sales group
*Provide administrative functions to include: preparation of reports, policies, meetings and customer mailers.
Requirements:
Qualification Requirements:
* 440 License required
*Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
* Strong typing and computer skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office product suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, team oriented environment
* Ability to deal with challenging situations
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to review, record and organize data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential
Experience:
* 2+ year customer service experience
* Knowledge of property and casualty insurance industry products, plan and programs in a customer service environment a plus
* Commercial Insurance experience preferred but not requiered
* Associates Degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
