Description
Professionals are needed to help our customers reach their financial goals! As a Customer Service Associate within our 401K service teams, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers and meeting their needs thru first call problem resolution, processing their requests, and providing information about financial products and services to help them maximize their plans for retirement. We now have multiple opportunities to work full-time in our Merrimack, NH site. This position is for experienced customer service professionals seeking to apply their Skills and Knowledge in a meaningful way every day.
Associates are needed for the following Shift:s:
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities
* Educate customers on ways to maximize their 401K plan by identifying, responding and assessing their needs
* Process account inquiries, historical transaction information, & check replacement
* Communicate contribution, loan processing and withdrawal guidelines
* Administer 401(k) distribution payouts
* Utilize a Microsoft Windows based workstation to identify customer information
* Participate in an industry-leading, comprehensive company sponsored training program that will provide you with valuable resources, tools and education. The unique eight week program incorporates class room style teaching, on the job training, and one-on-one coaching to build an exceptional base of core skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Preferred but not required
* Previous customer service experience within an inbound service center
* Previous experience working with a Microsoft Windows based work station
* College degree

* Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in your role
* Previous experience owning and delivering outstanding customer service in a metrics environment
* Proven team player focused on continuous improvement to enhance customer experience
