This is a full-time HR staff position that will serve the facilities of:
DCH Regional Medical Center (Tuscaloosa, Alabama)
Northport Medical Center (Northport, Alabama)
Fayette Medical Center (Fayette, Alabama),
The Human Resources Consultant supports DCH Health System’s hallmarks of service, excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Develops and coordinates organization-wide processes for the area of Human Resources. Helps facilitate an organization-wide approach to service delivery. Work involves the application of advanced knowledge and skills with minimal supervision. Uses advanced communication skills to positively influence senior leadership, staff and external resources in strategic changes, resolution of issues, organization-wide policy formation and interpretation.
This will require travel and working on-site at multiple Health System facilities to meet staffing needs; will require the use of own personal automobile. As a DCH Human Resources Consultant, key responsibilities and job function will include:

Requirements:
Minimum knowledge, skills, and experience required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field required.
PHR certified preferred.
Five years of experience demonstrating increased or diversified responsibility in human resources, business or leadership/management roles.
Advanced interpersonal and written communication, project management, consultative, analytical thinking, leadership, team building, and employee development skills.
