Base 38-42, incentive approximately 15-20% (5-8k), OT 5-10 hrs/week (addtl $7500-15000), total comp should be mid 50’s on a conservative basis, possibly exceeding 60.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU As a Corporate Recruiter (Sr. HR Associate) you will recruit exempt and non-exempt, technical, sales and administrative positions for Corporate and all branch offices. You will plan, arrange, carry out, and evaluate creative, efficient, and effective recruiting events and processes in order to meet current and future human resource needs. Secondary responsibilities include initiating, facilitating, and executing other HR related projects for the purpose of realizing the company strategies and goal s. Principal duties and tasks • Maximize the pool of quality candidates through a range of effective recruitment activities and processes including, but not limited to, cold calling, on-line job advertisement, job fairs, use of recruitment database, and/or networking recruitment agencies • Screen the best qualified candidates through the lawful, efficient, timely, valid recruiting process and techniques such as resumes screening, aptitude assessments, phone interviews, video or in-person interviews • Maintain highest possible job offer acceptance rate by effectively and realistically communicating job opportunities throughout the recruiting process • Coordinate interviews, speaking engagements, and/or external and internal recruiting events; arrange candidates’ travels and/or the conference venues • Store, document, and file relevant information and data such as interview notes, test results, candidates’ resumes, and/or activities logs • Negotiate fees with vendors such as recruiting agencies • Systematically monitor and analyze the progress of all hires to ensure that quality of hires meet the expectations set by management and hiring managers • Proactively identify areas of improvements in recruitment or other HR-related operation of the company • Develop, recommend, implement, and/or evaluate projects to improve recruitment or HR-related operation of the company • Ensure the company’s recruitment and hiring practice is in compliance with governing federal and state laws and regulations • Travel to career fairs, colleges or other locations for recruiting and other HR project purposes • Other duties or projects, as assigned • Understand and observe company / department policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Prefer1+ year of experience in recruitment or relevant field and/or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field · Active listening skill • Analytical skill to identify the underlying principles, motivations, reasons, or facts by breaking down information or data into separate parts • Proficient business writing and oral communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain pleasant and productive interpersonal relationships • Ability to organize and prioritize for completing multiple tasks in timely fashion • Ability to accurately and thoroughly document, record, and maintain information and data • Integrity – job requires appropriate handling of confidential, sensitive information • Knowledge on the current employment laws and regulations including, but not limited to, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action Reports To: Assistant HR Manager, RMD Manager
