Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Recruiter will deliver high quality management, professional and executive-level candidates and advances the DISH Network brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the DISH Network selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Partner with hiring managers to scope job position to gain a solid understanding of not only the skills and educational requirements, but also to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team.
Mine, source and screen candidates, interview, set up interviews for hiring mangers, administer assessments, conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
Continually grow the pipeline of qualified candidates through constant networking.
Strategically work with hiring managers through manpower planning to support them in their department growth.
Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full
ifecycle recruiting.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if one occurs.
Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University and 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience.Must have solid knowledge and experience of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements of the federal Selection Guidelines and the Americans with Disabilities Acts and possess strong interviewing skills.
