We are currently searching for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to work in our Northwest Austin location. You will leverage your experience in full life cycle recruiting to help build top talent for both technical and operations management candidates utilizing traditional and creative sourcing practices. In this role you will work directly with hiring managers, Director's and VP's, both local and remote, to support their business hiring needs.
Key areas of responsibility are:
Source, screen and build talent pools of qualified candidates for open requisitions utilizing web-based and internet processes and tools, referral networking, cold calling, and applicant database sourcing.
Interview coordination with candidates, interview teams and leadership teams
Manage open requisitions and active candidate pools via web-based applicant tracking system
Conduct weekly status meetings with skill group leaders and hiring managers
Leverage, build and maintain sourcing practices including professional networking, University Recruiting Programs, and Employee Referral Programs
Work closely with Human Capital before during and after offer and acceptance stage
Work with staffing team to locate and identify project-based contractor resources
Assist with maintaining recruiting and cost to hire metrics
Required skills:
3 to 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer pre-close, offer generation, candidate pipeline management, and client management.
Must have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting in the Information Technology field
Must have ability to develop, implement and follow through with all sourcing strategies and plans for each open requisition.
Strong understanding of employment laws and ability to follow standard HR policies and best practices.
Highly adapt at articulating business and organizational structures, position requirements and responsibilities, company culture and career development opportunities
Ability to meet high demands and short sourcing and recruiting timelines in a professional services and consulting services environment
Strong work ethic and excellent client facing skills
High attention to detail and follow through is a must
BA or BS Degree
