Note: This position will be located in Falls Church, VA until mid-November. Then, the position will be permanently based in Sterling, VA. Duties include: *Provide talent acquisition/technical recruiting support to the client product line in Sterling, VA. *Manage professional engineering recruiting requirements. Work with executives, senior leaders and other HR professionals in a technology and engineering matrixed environment. *Partner with management to staff the organization from the interview/selection process to evaluating employment factors such as job experience, vertical mobility, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, leadership qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. *Administer and advise on candidate selection through preparing ratings on applicants, making recommendations on starting salaries, and providing applicants with in-depth insight to company and organizational structure. *Direct offer negotiations between company representatives and prospective new hires. Participate as an integral team member of the HR department, creating strategies to meet human resources goals, and driving continuous process improvement. Specific responsibilities include: *Effectively source, screen and select qualified applicants to support intelligence community programs. *Maintain ownership over requisitions, to include candidate flow/data entry in applicant tracking system. *Facilitate the recruiting process. *Attend job fairs and other recruiting events. *Ensure the cultivation and continuance of excellent relationships between the TA team, human resource generalists, and hiring managers Required Skills:*BS degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition/technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting the intelligence community. *Must have a proven track record of recruiting technical professionals with high level security clearances and polygraphs. *Must have proven strategic TA planning and execution experience. Must be familiar with ATS systems, preferably Kenexa Brassring or similar tools. *Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. *Must be an organized team player, show initiative and be results oriented. *Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership is needed. *Must be able to build effective working relationships with a broad range of styles and at all levels in the organization. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. *Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills: Experience in a Fortune 100 Company and/or high tech defense company. Experience in a human resources generalist capacity. This position is available on CONTRACT-W2 & U.S. Citizenship is Required. Must be able to pass a Drug & background check before start.
