USA Division
The USA Division is responsible for exploiting long-life unconventional natural gas formations in the Jonah field in southwest Wyoming, the Piceance Basin in northwest Colorado and the East Texas, Fort Worth and Maverick Basins in Texas. The majority of the production in the USA Division is from the four key resource plays at Jonah, Piceance, East Texas and Fort Worth. Together, these four key resource plays accounted for approximately 87 percent of the total U.S. natural gas production in 2007

Overview
Provides HR-related support to the Human Resources Advisor and assigned Business Unit client group.

Responsibilities
* Assists with recruitment duties (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, assisting with reference/background checks, preparing offer letters and packets)
* Communicates employee changes (hires, transfers, separations, etc.) to appropriate staff members
* Ensures that all necessary new hire paperwork is received and transmitted to the appropriate staff member
* Assists with new hire orientation meetings
* Generates various reports for HR Advisor and assists with data analysis (employee demographics, turnover, etc.)
* Prepare and maintain organizational charts for internal use by BU client groups
* Conduct or assist with employee training sessions
* Conducts Exit Interviews
* Serves as a resource for employees for general HR-related questions
* Provides assistance with other HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications
* At least three years of professional office experience, including exposure to HR, required
* Degree in HR, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, required
* High level of proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required
* Ability to prioritize work and multi-task effectively
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong written and oral communication skills required
* Experience with JDE or other employee database software preferred
* Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately essential
* Potential for travel up to 20%, including field locations
* Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in handling work assignments
